Vicky O’Connor is the founder and Managing Director of i-Recruit & HR Limited. Supported by a degree in Management Studies and Labour Relations from the University of Auckland, Vicky has over 25 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR Consulting & Management, covering both SMEs and Corporate Business.
Vicky recognises the performance of any organisation is ultimately dependent upon the quality of its employees. With this in mind, Vicky is focused on providing support and expertise in the areas of HR and Recruitment, ensuring all the necessary checks and balances are in place for maximum results.
Working in partnership with clients over the years, has provided Vicky with a wealth of insight and experience in supporting businesses with staff and performance management in the areas of Handling Misconduct, Disciplinary/Dismissal Procedures, Managing Poor Performance, Restructure/Redundancy, Employment Agreement Advice and General HR Support. In addition to this, Vicky has expertise in end to end recruitment services and/or In-house Recruitment training to effectively enable businesses to recruit for themselves.
It is with this knowledge in mind that Vicky has created, i-Recruit & HR Ltd, knowing that effective HR and Recruitment is a key and fundamental element to all successful businesses. Vicky will help you maximise your return on staff, whilst creating a great work environment through dealing with issues in a productive and positive manner as they arise.
