Hi, I’m Holly Pollock director of Jolly Productions.  I’m a passionate TV and video producer, presenter, marketer, creator and solution provider. I’ve been working in the media industry for over 20 years in radio (both here and in the UK) and TV.

I’ve written and produced various TV and radio campaigns and I’ve made over 1,000 episodes of my successful day-time TV show The Cafe which aired on Three for 5 years. As a lean production, I wore a lot of hats including research, content creation, scripting the show, presenting, production management and ensuring that our sponsors’ products and brands were effectively integrated within the show.

I’ve worked with some of the biggest NZ and International brands and celebrities to create engaging editorial and commercial content in the video space.

Meet Apii Jack, General Manager for ERG


I have always loved meeting people, knowing who they are, where they are from, so my career step into recruitment was a natural progression for me. Of course some people would call it “nosey” but I’m seriously interested in who you are when I meet you!


Fast forward 20yrs and nothing has changed, which is why I still love my job because it’s all about connecting quality candidates with quality employers and effecting positive change to a business and an individual’s life.

Recruiting is not a job, it is a privilege.


Apii has over 10 years in the Recruitment industry and has worked across Key account Management, Business development and Staff management. Her style is consultative and one of real interest in the business that she works alongside while supplying quality and engaged staff. 


Having managed teams of anywhere between 3 to 60 staff in her past work history, in different roles and industries, she always managed to get the best out of the staff by sticking to her core philosophies  of respect, empowerment, empathy, an open listening ear and firm but fair supportive direction.
